How did you end up in recruitment?
I needed a job and it was a little by accident – right place, right time

What is the best part of your job?
Actually getting clients and candidates together and seeing the relationship flourish over a period of time

Most enjoyable placement?
All of them – I still get a buzz out of placing people

Key Achievement outside of work?
Having my kids – corny I know but they mean the world to me

Best holiday memory and why?
Traveling around South America, from border to border and going to Machu Picchu; it took four days to walk there and the sunrise was incredible and something I would advise any one to do who has the opportunity

If you weren’t in recruitment what would you be doing?
Not sure – possibly a brain surgeon? Not really, I would probably be running a country pub somewhere
