Ref: NLB 1500NLB Solutions have the privilege of working with a large St Albans based business recruiting for a motivated, energetic and highly skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk.

The main role’s responsibilities are as follows;
• Taking responsibility for the timely and accurate import of invoices.
• Maintaining an accurate and timely database of supplier document imports.
• Allocating supplier payments to outstanding invoices.
• Ensuring that each month all Purchase Ledger Accounts are reconciled with supplier statements/payments.
• To cover for other members of both the Purchase Ledger and Reconciliations teams during leave and sickness etc.
In addition to the above, you will also be involved with;
• improving the efficiency and timeliness of data and the flow of information.
• suggesting improvements to and developing aspects of the Purchase Ledger process.
• A strong understanding of Reconciliation Techniques
• Excellent Excel skills
• Taking ownership and responsibility of your work with a keen passion to developing/improving processes
• Excellent communications skills
