Ref: NLB1568An exciting opportunity to join a well-established business near Aylesbury as a Purchase Ledger/Expenses clerk (Temporary). The business are looking for someone that has worked in a busy team with high volume processing. This role does require someone that has experience in processing expenses, reconciliations’, purchase ledger and worked on ERP systems ideally SAP Concur.
The business have an excellent working environment and a senior management team that offer support and development opportunities. They have an excellent work ethic and do offer hybrid working.
• Accurate and timely recording and processing of supplier invoices onto COINS/ERP System
• Matching purchase invoices to orders and delivery notes
• Ensuring all invoices in query are escalated to relevant internal stakeholders & suppliers
• Recording weekly progress updates
• Processing expenses onto COINS/ERP system
• Reports from SAP Concur
• Query management
• Monthly statement reconciliations
• Previous experience within an Accounts Payable/Expenses role
• Advanced SAP Concur experience
• Intermediate Excel skills (inc. vlookups, pivot)
• Excellent eye for detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, at all levels
• Problem solving – confidently identifies and articulates problems, presenting effective solutions and setting clear expectations and defined outcomes for self and others
