A great opportunity for someone to join our client as a Finance Assistant in a small team The Finance Assistant needs to have experience of working on the sales ledger and reconciliations. The role will revolve around invoicing and ensuring that customer billing is accurate and timely. The role will support an AAT studier going forward.

With a manager that is well versed in all aspects of the accounting function, this role will get support and mentoring from the management and team. The offices are excellent and have ample parking for the successful candidate.

Duties:

  • Prepare and analyse invoices for customers
  • Issue PO to customers and manage queries
  • Produce monthly invoices for customers
  • Prepare and post sales ledger invoices and credit notes
  • Up load invoices and PO’s to HSBC system
  • Chase overdue accounts
  • Ad-hoc duties

Person spec:

  • Numerate
  • Good systems skills
  • Excel to good level
