An opportunity to join a long established and growing business in Harpenden within their Payroll team. Working as a payroll administrator, you will be working as part of large high volume team who have been in situ for a number of years. Ideally, you will have previous in a high volume payroll environment on weekly basis. The role will be busy but you will have a supportive manager and senior management team creating a good fulfilling team to be in.

The team have an excellent work ethic and a hands on manager who understands the nuances of weekly and monthly payroll.

Duties:

  • Up load starter information
  • Process leavers
  • Issue all tax forms
  • Process weekly payrolls – resolve queries
  • Carry out payroll calculations – SSP, Maternity, paternity and pensions
  • Send information to HMRC
  • Checking timesheets – up load accurately
  • Resolve queries
