NLB Solutions have the privilege of working with a growing Business Services Consultancy based in St Albans. In close proximity to the St Albans Abbey train station, this business is easily accessible via public transport. This vacancy has opened due the company’s growth/expansion, creating the need for someone else to step into this role.

Our client is recruiting a Client Services Administrator working within Financial Services, the successful candidate will work within a small team, and reporting into the Administration Team Leader. The suitable candidate will join an excellent business known for their internal culture. The company encourages personal development and growth, and the Team Manager actively implements this in their team.
Duties
- Provide a personal service to clients from initial request to resolution either by telephone or post.
- Provide point of contact for Independent Financial Advisers.
- Process client requests e.g. new business input, change of address, valuations, encashment and deaths and respond accordingly. Obtain specialist technical support to resolve enquiries as required.
- Follow departmental procedures and practices to provide clients with a consistently high level of service in a timely and accurate manner and in line with agreed quality standards.
- Process work within agreed service standards.
- Comply with legislative and regulatory requirements e.g. Data Protection, Money laundering, FSA rules.
- Produce management information, as determined by the Administration Manager, on a daily and weekly basis.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings as required.
Personal Specification
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience within a customer administration position
- Previously worked with in Financial Services Industry
- Knowledge of Investment Administration
- Excellent communication skills
- Good inter-personal, organisational and communication skills
