NLB Solutions are working with a property business that are looking to recruit for a Credit Control Supervisor in the head office. The business like people that have worked in property management businesses or related industry. The role will suit someone that has supervised a team, involved in recruiting, training and development. Overseeing 6 credit controllers, managing their KPI’s, targets and regular meetings to outline any issues and queries.
The role will report to Credit Manager who is very hands on, will provide support and training. The business will offer hybrid working after training, open plan modern offices and free parking to the successful candidate.
• Day to day management of a team of 6 credit controllers.
• Monitor workloads and set targets/KPI’s.
• Monthly and weekly reporting on debtors, disputes, and collection activity of the team to the line manager.
• Support and assist the team with queries, issues, and disputes.
• First point of contact for escalation.
• Must have at least 3 years’ experience in credit control, debt recovery or collections.
• Proven experience of supervising a team.
• Client focused, self-motivated and work to tight deadlines.
• Good communicator both verbally and written.
