Credit Controller

Job Summary:

NLB Solutions are working with a large local business that are looking for a new credit controller with experience of working in a busy collections team. The business are looking for someone that is either qualified ICM or studying towards the qualification. The company are looking to add an additional member of the team now that the business is growing as the economy returns to the normal that everyone is looking for.

Duties:
- Take responsibility for allocated accounts and ledger
- Be the main contact for all clients via phone and all other communications
- Follow all credit policies to keep the debtor days within the allowed terms
- Escalate all overdue debts
- Liaise with internal and external contacts to resolve queries
- Collect debt from existing and new customers
- Regular updates on overdue accounts
Person Spec:
- Experience in collections and resolving queries
- ICM studier or ICM qualified
- Billing and cash allocation experience
- Excellent communication skills
