Ref: NLB 1523NLB Solutions are working with a large business in Hemel Hempstead that are looking for someone that has experience in call handling and/or credit control. You will be working within a small team, calling clients with outstanding debt, helping and advising on payment plans where required, solving queries and general administration.
The role will report into the Team Leader and work within a small team. The company will offer hybrid working after probation period. The successful candidate must be someone that can multitask, use their own initiative and have good excel skills –in return you will be offered full training and support within the role, offer a competitive salary, free parking and a nice working environment.
• Customer services/Call handing
• Credit control

• Investigating/solving queries
• Experience of working in a busy call handling role
• Some credit control experience would be beneficial
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
