With this being the 3rd head in accounts, the Finance Director is looking for an individual that is looking to grow into the role and help with succession planning going forward. The role is looking for someone that is looking for the first step into accounts.
They need someone that is working towards and AAT qualification or that is a graduate. They will consider someone that is looking for their second role in accounts.
The business will offer a supportive management team and the chance to learn and take on more responsibility with time. The role is going to offer the chance to have ownership of all ledgers as the starting point. The company have a great environment and parking with a culture of open communication.
