NLB Solutions is partnering with a fast growing business in Harpenden in their recruitment for a Sales Ledger Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the business is able to bill all clients within the contract agreed periods. The role will also manage the process of onboarding new client’s paperwork to ensure the smooth process of invoicing and billing. The successful candidate will come with experience of running an existing Sales Ledger Team.

The company have a supportive management team and offer a covid safe work environment. All teams are required to work from the office moving forward and with additional office space recently being acquired, the space they currently have will soon be doubled. With parking and great working hours, this business offer an excellent opportunity for the right person to grow and develop.
Duties:
- Managing and controlling the sales ledger team
- Performing appraisals – setting targets and reviewing
- Resolving queries from the internal management
- Carrying out month end process
- Producing all reports as required on monthly basis
- Running training and reviews for staff
- Implementing new controls and processes as developed
- Improving all revenue recognition processes
- Monitoring all deliverables for team support and management
- Project work
Person Spec:
- Prior experience running a Sales Ledger team
- Excellent communications both verbally and written
- Experience of resolving queries
- Excellent IT experience
