Ref: NLB1556NLB Solutions are working with a local business to secure an experienced payroll administrator to join them, to help cover a maternity contract. The role will work on weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for clients across the business. With a start as soon as possible, this client has an excellent reputation for seeing contracts completed and most people look at this as a potential step into the business as they have grown over the last 5 years.
With a central location, the company are accessible on public transport and have modern fresh offices but do offer a degree of working in the office and home. The role reports into an experienced payroll manager.
• Processing fortnightly, monthly & quarterly client payroll for clients
• Providing reports to clients with data and cost analysis
• Monthly communications with clients detailing payments required
• Completing statutory information held on systems
• End of year compliance including P60s etc.
• On-going compliance such as P45s and starter checklists
• Liaising with clients and dealing with ad hoc queries via telephone and email
• Submit information to HMRC each month in line with RTI procedures
• Auto enrolment input processing
• SMP & SSP
• Experience in payroll (2 years)
• Ideally experience of outsourced payroll (agency or practice)
• Payroll systems experience
