Sales Ledger Supervisor

Job Summary:

NLB Solutions is partnering with a fast growing business in Harpenden in their recruitment for a Sales Ledger Supervisor. The day-to-day responsibilities will be to sit within the Sales Ledger team as the senior member and the Sales Ledger Manager’s number 2. Reporting into the Sales Ledger Manager, you will be working alongside this team of 7, supervising the day to day running and taking responsibility for achieving set targets and deadlines.

The company have a supportive management team and offer a Covid safe work environment. All teams are required to work from the office moving forward and with additional office space recently being acquired, the space they currently have will soon be doubled. With parking and great working hours, this business offer an excellent opportunity for the right person to grow and develop.
Duties:
- Prepare and completion of all sales invoices
- Ensure data integrity with all internal teams
- Check all sales information is accurate
- Create new contracts for billing
- Ensure all paperwork is completed and accurate
- Amend information to reflect the contracts are adhere to
- Generate billing runs and check for accuracy
- Produce reports as required
- Complete month end processes
- Deal with queries and resolve
Person Spec:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Sales ledger and billing experience from busy business
- Good IT experience
- Commercial acumen
